Some of the best marketing is done face-to-face in seminars, workshops, conferences, trade shows, etc. Leveraging your expertise can be a powerful way to increase your “like, know & trust” factor. However, maximizing these experiences require intentional planning before and after the event. While your actual event may only last a few hours, the hours needed to prepare and follow up can add up to days.
event coverage - $175 deposit + $75/ hr
Event coverage includes one CBR team member onsite for event photos, video for social media and complete photo & video gallery afterwards as well as 2 press releases - one before and one afterwards.
event promo services - $2,180/ flat rate
Comprehensive, all inclusive promotional support for your event. Includes up to 4 months before the event for digital marketing, print marketing and event materials designed; onsite coverage for day-of; up to 1 month afterwards for follow up such as social media content, post-event press release, photo gallery delivery, etc. If you need it for your event, we can help!
Press release - $175/ flat rate
Custom, AP style press release complete with quotes, event details, etc. as needed. Includes distribution to local media outlets.
pre-event promo - $900/ flat rate
Initial event branding with graphics and logos; Online event graphics for social media and website promotion; Promotional flyer & postcard formatted for mailing & digital sharing; Professionally written press release formatted for print media and distributed to promote the upcoming event; 30 Social media graphics and copy; Repurposed release prepared for blog or news page on website; Repurposed release prepared as a blurb for newsletter.
custom services - $125/ hr

While this price sheet lists some of our most popular services, sometimes there’s that unicorn need we couldn’t see coming. So just ask us! We’ll tell you for sure if it’s something we can help with or we’ll point you to the best person for the job. We have lots of great industry connections and contacts.

Because we don’t force you into a contracted plan, you can get the services you need that fit your budget. Our ala carte purchase options let your dollars go to work where it matters most. Our services are always “by request.”
it’s okay... we can break up
Most of our services are offered month-to-month with no long-term contracts. That means you can add more services as you need them, dump the services you don’t need at the moment, or cancel your services entirely. All we ask is for a little heads up. You’re not locked in and there’s no penalty.
