We’re big about communication and conversation. It’s one of our 5 values and what makes us different. Below are just a few ways we strive to keep the conversation going with our clients.

monthly reporting

We provide you with monthly reporting including social media analytics, email marketing, and website data. We’ll be sure to review them with you in our quarterly strategy session.

see it first

No matter what we do for you, you’ll have a dedicated account where you can view all of your scheduled social media posts, your email blasts, and so forth.

let’s talk

We schedule quarterly meetings to strategize for what’s to come in the next couple of months and how we can help! If you have a special need schedule a time to chat outside of our quarterly meetings.

weekly updates

Each Monday (sometimes Tuesday if there’s a holiday) we provide an update to let you know what we worked on this week, and anything we need from you.

best way to reach us

In order to capture and save communication details, Christie does not take clients calls or text messages on her cellphone. It is best to either utilize Slack (each client gets their own collaborative Workspace), call the office or email Bree at bree@contentbyrequest.com

our billing

monthly services

  • For services that are charged per month, these services are offered month-to-month. Services can be added to, reduced, or cancelled at any time with proper, written notice.

  • For these services, the first month’s services is due upon engagement.

  • Monthly billing goes out on the 1st of each month, due on the 30th of that same month for services in the next month. With each invoice, you are paying ahead for your services.

flat-rate services

  • Some projects, such as our design and website services, are billed as a flat-rate. That means, the price quoted is the total price you will pay. That price is set regardless of the hours spent on your project, unless you should change the scope of work engaged.

  • At the time of engagement, flat-rate services are invoiced for a 50% deposit. The remaining balance owed is paid for upon the completion of the project.

hourly services

  • As much as we try to avoid hourly rates, there are times it is necessary. When this happens, we try and give you a ballpark figure on how many hours we expect to spend on your services. In the end, this may mean a little more or a little less.

  • At the time of engagement, hourly services are invoiced for a retainer or deposit which is billed against. Any hours left to be paid for are invoiced at the end of the project.

  • An estimated, hourly accounting of our time is shared with you weekly so you are aware of the costs associated with your project.

annual commitments

While most of our services are month-to-month, there are a few services that are specialized and require a 12-month commitment. That is because the billing for these services are spread equally across the months and need a full year to capture the payments.

Pick what you need, when you need it

Because we don’t force you into a contracted plan, you can get the services you need that fit your budget. Our ala carte purchase options let your dollars go to work where it matters most. Our services are always “by request.”

it’s okay... we can break up

Most of our services are offered month-to-month with no long-term contracts. That means you can add more services as you need them, dump the services you don’t need at the moment, or cancel your services entirely. All we ask is for a little heads up. You’re not locked in and there’s no penalty.
