WEBSITE HOUSES CAMPAIGN INFORMATION

Winning an election requires a lot of effort to get out and share your campaign platform and share your vision with your potential voters.

When Chris Emerick decided to run for sheriff, he knew one tool that would help him connect with the voters in his county was a great website.

When we first met Chris, the voting season was far off in the distance, but he was anxious to start campaigning. We started his website off with a landing page… a simple one-page website that gave people a place to go to learn more about him and connect with his campaign.

As election season came more in view and his campaign efforts increased, we upgraded Chris’ site to house other pages such as a blog to hold all his campaign events, recap his activities on the campaign trail, and even house his thoughts and stories that related to his campaign.

We built out pages that outlined his experience and shared his vision, while also keeping in mind that these pages may hold contributor content such as letters to the editor in support of Chris’ campaign.

This project also required us to create some branding around the campaign. While Chris’ face was definitely front and center, we knew there would be other needs where a more traditional logo was needed. We combined our design services with the website so that all Chris’ campaign materials would match.
