Designing a site involves telling a story. A story of what makes you different, unique and why you are the one to choose in the marketplace. So when Montrose Square Apartments turned to our team for a new website, we had an idea that it would be a special project. Little did we know that we would meet an owner and a team that put their heart and soul into their community each day and it shows!

One of the few locally owned and locally managed apartment communities in the Fort Wayne, Indiana area, this community offers a rural feel in the city. Beautiful wooded lots and wildlife sightings makes coming home to Montrose Square an escape from the day.

Designing this site meant that our copy and design needed to comply with Fair Housing Authority guidelines while also creating a site that lets visitors know what makes Montrose Square so special. Pages needed to reflect floor plans for the apartment styles along with easy to access online applications and informational packets.

  • Forms to capture renters for a wait list

  • Integration with Mailchimp to build email subscriber list

Christie Browning

Christie is a five-time HSPA award-winning writer with a long resume of creative, compelling writing. Her background includes journalism and marketing, which allows her to bring a specialized voice to the pieces created for her clients. On her own, Christie has written for newspapers, online magazines and major publications. For her clients, Christie produces web designs, press and media releases, blog articles, downloadable worksheets and flyers as well as social media content. Her long-time career as an entrepreneur gives her unique insight into what her clients need to promote their products, services and messages.
