You may have already laid the groundwork for your next great idea. That’s the notion YouTube is running with through its “Brainstorm From Anywhere” feature.

The tool turns past videos and comments into inspiration for future video concepts. Then, it produces a list of prompts and elements.

“Creators often find inspiration for their next video while reviewing performance data or audience comments in Studio, so we’re integrating comments and data from past videos to create a more fluid and intuitive process,” states Creator Insider.

From feeling creatively stuck to taking your business to the next level on YouTube, this feature has vast potential.

Capture Attention

YouTube is also launching the feature “Hooks” in an aim to keep your audience engaged from the start.

Just as it sounds, the addition to the “Inspiration” tab generates three different hooks to draw in your audience. From words to visuals and action, the feature suggests creative ways to introduce your videos.

The statement hook produces a statement to help capture the audience’s attention and keep them watching. No matter the topic, Hooks will use AI to give you a standout introduction for your next video.

Do you have a different vision for your video? The feature also provides a visual hook to help you share your ideas in a different way. With the visual hook, AI gives step-by-step instructions on camera angles and how to set up an intriguing shot for your audience.

Lastly, you can consider beginning your video with an action hook. Similar to the visual hook, the action hook recommends using actions to spark and retain interest.

What’s especially helpful is you have the ability to tailor Hooks specifically to your business by refining each suggestion.

Does the action hook need more excitement? Would you rather the statement hook include more emotion? How about making the visual hook more complex? Simply type in the direction for the feature until you’re satisfied with the result.

You have valuable information and perspectives to share, through Hooks you can ensure there is an audience to share it with.

Quickly Save Ideas

The creative process can be a lengthy one. Sometimes it takes days and possibly weeks to conceptualize and produce your next video.

YouTube is hoping to streamline that process with “Quick Saves.” While scrolling through the platform’s recommended inspiration, you can save videos to return to later using this feature.

It’s easy: quickly save a video for its potential, rewatch it on your own time and let the gears start turning for your next masterpiece.

YouTube has yet to announce an official date for when the additions will be fully available in Studio.
