Our site services pages is just to give you an idea of what we can offer and what the price looks like. We don’t expect you to know all the techy things you need in your site… that’s our job! In your consultation meeting, we’ll discuss your options and listen to what you need most. We’ll then offer you a proposal based on what we think is best.

No worries! You don’t have to have any site design ideas to get started. Our expertise is in marketing and design so we’ll sit down with you and walk you through our design discovery process so that what you want in a site is also what you need to best communicate your message and mission.

You are the owner of your website. While we will show you how to do some basic maintenance to your site, you may choose to have someone else update and maintain your site. The good news is, because you are hosted by a platform, anyone can maintain your site… any company, any employee… anyone who is granted access to the site can maintain it. That allows you to shop for the best rates and fees for maintenance. It also protects your site from being held hostage by a hosting company or a local “joe” who may have gone out of business since you last worked together. All the control is in your hands.

We operate on a quoted, flat-rate pricing model. That means after your consultation, we’ll provide you with a quote of what your specific project will cost. This price is all inclusive so you won’t have any billing surprises. While most of our projects are priced at what is listed here on this page, we know there are unique needs and we are happy to quote those needs accordingly.

Because we are a platform-based design firm, your website will be supported and hosted with that specific platform. This means your website is yours to maintain on your own, however you can contact the platform’s tech support should you need help. You can also tap into our on-going maintenance services which are offered at a monthly flat rate with unlimited support or you can pay for the maintenance as you need it based on an hourly rate. Once we’ve met for your consultation and have provided a quote for project, only 50 percent of the project cost is due upfront. The remaining balance won’t be due until we are ready to launch the site. That being said, we can time that launch to coincide with your budget timeline so that the payment due works for you.

We choose to design with a platform so that we can keep the cost down for you. Every site starts with the basic code to build the infrastructure of a site. We’ve simply cut that out and started with a platform that already has the basic structure in place. That means, we don’t have to charge you for that in your design fee. We’ll customize the design within the platform to fit you perfectly, but the platform concepts cuts down on your website’s design costs and the time.

All platform sites utilize plug-ins. You can think of them as apps on your smartphone. These plug-ins allow your website to have all the cool features you like in a site…. like videos, forms, galleries, etc. The difference is, our platform design will be inclusive. Meaning, the plug-ins used will be automatically updated within the platform so no additional maintenance is required.

We can secure a domain for you if you don’t already have one. If you’ve already purchased a domain name, that’s no problem! We can point that domain to the site we design for you when we’re ready for it to be launched.
